Returns
You may return goods purchased if they meet the following conditions in Betheny Uniforms opinion.
- If the goods are returned within 15 days of delivery.
- If the goods are undamaged and in original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.
- If goods are faulty or damaged outside of advertised condition.
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the same method originally used by you when purchasing.
If a refund is not possible by the original method Betheny Uniforms and you will agree on an approved method.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds are made minus the original shipping charge and card fees.
Your refund will include the full value of the returned items less the cost of carriage from us to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Please note that embroidered, special order and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or states otherwise at point of sale.
Re-shipping charge for exchange items must be paid by the customer.
